Pilates & Flying Yoga is a playful and challenging combination of partner stretching and strengthening activities, Pilates core strengthening exercises, and Flying Yoga. Flying Yoga combines relaxing and supportive partner therapeutic work with invigorating, core strengthening partner acrobatics. This unique combination of Pilates work and Flying Yoga postures was developed by Jenna Anderson and can be done safely by all ages and sizes.
